Will Infor Open SOA be a Platform?

I just stubled over this analysis why iPhone is to other smartphones as the Mac to Windows based computing. One may agree or not, but there is an interesting statement about what makes a successful platform:
  • There are good development tools and APIs for easily making good applications
  • There is at least one killer application people really want
  • There is breadth of useful applications
  • Third parties make lots of money
  • There is a robust ecosystem
so, which one of those holds true for Infor Open SOA as we know it today?
